I agree that :

(b) The Company may provide the aforesaid information to a third party (including its subsidiaries and/or affiliated enterprises at domestic and overseas, exhibition partners and service providers, etc.), and any third party receiving the aforesaid information and the Company may use the aforesaid information for storage, exhibition services or related business development purposes.

I understand and agree that the storage, transmission and use of the above information shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the company or the third party's place of business (whether domestic or overseas);

And (c) the company and any receipt of the above information of a third party by telephone, fax, E-mail, SMS, mail with links and contact me and/or send me including, but not limited to the exhibition registration confirmation, promotion, conference activities, business matching, research, contests, promotion and other information.

(d) The Company will take photos or videos during the exhibition hosted by the Company, and edit, adjust and modify them as appropriate.

(e) Sold tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

I authorize the Organizer and its partners to use these photos or videos, which may contain my likeness, in any medium and at any place, free of charge, permanently and appropriately.
